NightClose respects your privacy and is designed to minimize data collection.

Most journal entries, reflections, moods, intentions, and personal responses are stored locally on the user's device and remain accessible only to the user unless explicitly exported or backed up by the user.

NightClose may collect limited non-personal information necessary for app functionality, including app diagnostics, subscription status, notification preferences, device-related technical information, and crash or performance analytics.

NightClose does not intentionally collect government identification numbers, financial account information, health records, precise location data, contacts, photos, messages, or browsing history.

Journal entries and reflections created within NightClose are intended to remain private to the user. NightClose does not sell, publicly share, or intentionally distribute user journal content.

Subscriptions are processed securely through Apple's App Store. NightClose does not directly collect, process, or store payment information.

NightClose may send local notifications related to bedtime rituals, morning intentions, reflection prompts, and streak reminders. Notification settings can be managed in the app or through iOS settings.

NightClose does not sell personal information. We do not share journal entries, emotional reflections, or private user content with advertisers or data brokers.

NightClose is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
